Payment for consultations, classes, workshops, courses, recordings, and any other services provided by Breathing By Design must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time without prior notice.

If payment is not received, We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend services or access to digital content.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full at Our discretion.

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • downloadable resources;

  • pre-recorded videos;

  • online courses; or

  • digital products once access has been granted, except where required under applicable consumer law.

If We cancel a consultation, class, workshop, or course, you will be offered either:

  • a full refund; or

  • an alternative appointment or date.

10. Video Content and Digital Materials

All videos, recordings, downloadable materials, course content, and digital resources remain the intellectual property of Breathing By Design unless otherwise stated.

Content purchased or accessed through Our Site is for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

  • copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, share, or publicly display any digital content;

  • upload content to third-party websites or platforms;

  • share access details or passwords with others; or

  • modify or create derivative works from Our content without written permission.
