If payment is not received, We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend services or access to digital content.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full at Our discretion.

Refunds are generally not available for:

downloadable resources;
pre-recorded videos;
online courses; or
digital products once access has been granted, except where required under applicable consumer law.

If We cancel a consultation, class, workshop, or course, you will be offered either:

a full refund; or
an alternative appointment or date.
