Latest data from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) shows that in 2024/25 nearly one million workers were affected by work-related stress, depression or anxiety. The programme I deliver is designed to support staff wellbeing by reducing the response to stress and anxiety.

My approach combines practical breathing exercises with clear explanations of the underlying physiology, helping participants understand why these techniques work and how to apply them throughout their day.

My fee for a 45-minute in-person workshop is from £750 + travel, depending on group size and requirements. I am also able to offer follow-up sessions, on-the-day 1:1 mini-clinics, or longer workshops if helpful.
